Tomi holds a UEFA A license and, with over 30 years of coaching experience, he has served as:

• Head of Academy at IK Start (2022–2024)

• Head of Academy & Senior Team Coach at Sandnes Ulf (2015–2021)

He also brings valuable expertise in scouting, player development, and coach development through Tomi Markovski Sports.
